The conversion of a Grade 2 listed Victorian building into an iconic flexible 3000 capacity events venue. Works included the insertion of a mezzanine floor and operational facilities, retaining and restoring original design features and materials blended with innovative design and technology.

As URW Design Director, Sarah led the design, development and delivery of the shell and coordination of tenant fit-out, in collaboration with Broadwick Live and their design team. Sarah oversaw the production of all design information to facilitate the deal and coordination of tenant interior design.
